...great mod! Thank you very much!!!
Loving this update
thanks buddy
truly great job by you and everyone involved ! love it <3
Great!
Congratulations on the effort but it is an incomplete mod (for example Indy without Scott Dixon is not Indy ..) and the physics are quite strange. The only good Indy mod for the AMS is Cart Extreme.

As noted the mod does not include all of the teams as we ran out of help to paint the more complex liveries, thus it was released as RC1 in hopes of someday completing the field. Would love to hear more feedback on the strange physics. We have all 5 star positive reviews, apart from yours. Do you have better data or references? Our car is built from as much real life technical information as possible. :)

Nice work as usual Danny and the team. This along with your trackpack make indycar racing great fun. Car feels good and skins allow us to do a season. Thanks

I never even realized the Legend Kenny Paton responded to this. It is an honor to serve you. :D
Having tried this after it sitting in steam for four years I needed an Indycar set and this one is the first one I tried. Very Good. Cars Are on Point. Must have set.
Absolute blast to drive these things
Great mod, the dallara IR18 looks great. There is a chance of mod for dallara IR05 era of indycar?
Love it! I think the real feels rather floaty on straight line, a bit of steering input feels like the rear is about to lose grip, even when it doesn't, so it's a bit of shock to mind. Also I wonder, why data from Avon though, not Firestone?

Here is the response from our physics guy:

The Avon Motorsport website provides lots of spreadsheets filled with test results which they have generously made publicly available. There is more than enough information available to form an understanding of how certain parameters influence tire grip, and a few tires they make are close enough to what Firestone uses that I'm fine with massaging the available data to fit our needs.

My understanding is that testing of this nature is expensive and requires specialized machinery, and most companies keep the information to themselves. I would not expect Firestone, or most other tire companies, to respond to a request for sensitive technical information for competition tires from a random internet person with anything other than a polite "go away loser", so I didn't bother asking.
The best IndyCar (Non CART) mod for AMS.

The only thing missing is that weird little Fin in front of the Cockpit that was designed to deflect objects. Other than that, this is great and a required mod for AMS.
Thank you! This mod is outstanding. This is real racing. What a great job.
I love open wheel cars but am hesitant to download Indy Cars because of all the bad versions out there.

You should give yourself a lot more credit, this is banging!

Busy updating Le Mans some more and only two laps in and one massive smile, almost as if I just bought a new game.

Quality is very high, maybe too high with all the 4k skins but the physics is what makes this mod exceptional.

Many thanks, much appreciated!

Thanks mate! This mod has a very good 3D model that supports a full field of cars in AMS so, thankfully, the quality does not affect performance.
Excellent mod, accurately conveys how bizarre the IR18 is to drive in real life and lines up with a lot of real driver feedback from Newgarden and others.
