No Rain Mod {SERPs} 1.0

my first mod lowers rain drops to 1 drop per rain sheet (usually 6000) so the track starts out mildly Damp and slowly dries making traction manageable i have tested in driver career mode believe it works in career mode too but not tested cannot be used in multiplayer
Install by unzipping contents and copy paste in games directory
to uninstall verify games files
