Attached is a higher definition version of the Nissan Fairlady ZG (ZR) campaigned by Mitsuhiro Otsuka at the 300 mile Grand Championship race at Fuji, June 1972. The livery has been built up for use with the gd_nissan_240zg model.
Although not my last 240ZG Livery, this will be the last of the JCCN replicas that were featured in Project Cars 2. Unlike PC2, whose livery artists seemed to make a lot of assumptions and creative guesses on the liveries, my main goal was to be as historically accurate as possible with these representations, aside from the limitations given by the model.
So I hope you can appreciate the effort when adding these to your vintage grid. Pasta Designs is doing a fantastic job adding some of the more obscure JCCN racing cars to Assetto, so please check out their work. My next step is adding a few IMSA Zs to the roster, so please look forward to those hopefully in the near future!
As always, a big thanks to the community JGT Database on Discord, whose focus is on gathering an extensive archive of images and records focused on Japanese Motorsports through the 20th Century.
