Complete Rework

Everything has been reworked such as:
~ Speedometer with RPM Detection (5K-20K) (New!)
~ Configuration App with Scale and Units (New!)
~ Icons for every Window (New!)
~ Steering Degrees Indicator (New!)
~ Turbo Gauge (New!)
~ Fresh Assets Completely Handmade (New!)

This took a lot of time for many different reasons but its here, testing was very limited so there might be some inaccuracies left here and there that i haven't noticed.

Update 2.1 - Easier Installation

- Merged PDash with my NFSUG2 Skins!
- Rewritten installation guide!
- Renamed folder names for multiple Skins/HUD's installations!
- Added Video Previews!

(Tests were distributed in a very short time, results may differ, any feedback would be appreciated!)

Update 2.0 - UI Addition

- Added more UI elements! Radar (Track Overlay) and Cingular (Chat Overlay)!
- Updated mod showcase page! Check the new easier steps for proper installation!
