And finally, my beloved childhood game and personally one of the best of NFS series, comes back to life.
This is AI traffic mod for Momodka's NFSU2 map conversion.

All city parts are covered with AI lanes (that means whole Coal Harbor is present, but you have to download newest version od map v7).
It's my third attempt using csp traffic planner. Therefore I tried to make some further optimisation, mainly on multi - lane intersections. However whole simulation is still in easy phase of development so there are a few minor issues:
- AI cars can't detect ground so on tilted corners they looks ridiculous
- traffic light system doesn't quite work as it should so on big intersections, AI causes traffic jams. Therefore I don't recommend exceeding 100 cars, 75 is optimum at night
- JSON file is 1MB large. Spawning too many AI cars too far away from driver causes traffic simulation to crash (AI freezes). Using "spawn cars nearby only" seems to solve the issue.
Installation: READ CAREFULLY
Manually drag files to your game location as shown on picture.
Important: make sure you have csp-traffic-planner working with "data" folder in it.
By default I have put files into NFSU2 Airport layout. However, you can put these files on any layout that contains full NFSU2 map.
