Here is my second filter test for Assetto Corsa. This one is a little more precise in the use since it is a filter mostly for the night !. Although we can easily use it during the day as well, I designed it primarily for the night.
Being a big fan of the graphic rendering of the 2015 need for speed game I wanted to reproduce the same graphic style. I would like to thank JavireTwo for showing me how to use luts in AC. I'm starting to understand better how the game works and what can be done about it more and more.
I hope you will like this new filter I find it completely changes the tone of the game and gives a different night aspect. Normally the fps are not too affected by the filter but don't hesitate to tell me what you think and if you have any concerns.
Depending on the hours in the day you get that green film tone. But not only ! I put in the files 2 different color grading textures. One warm and the other more cold and less greeny. As you can see on next pictures, you have a lot of different possibilities and looks depending your weather and sun setups but still in a NFS looking kind of look for the game.
Example at different time of the day and sun angle :
The installation is very simple, you have a readme file with all the directories for each files to copy in your assettocorsa main folder.
As some of you asked me before, all the pictures aren't edited in post all images are raw from my Assetto and no i don't use reshade ahah. We don't need it as nowadays with new CSP features and SOL settings the game i enough of a beauty in my opinion for a 2014 game.
ENJOY !
