New skin for Big Shifter app 1.1

I've been using Pandar1's Big Shifter app (Available here http://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/bigshifter.5718/) and created some new images to go with it.
Place in \common\assettocorsa\apps\python\BigShifter\.
