New Plymouth R.T.B revised w.i.p 2018-05-19

submitting this as a new track as its remade from scratch and contains nothing from the original.
50 grid slots
3 drs zones( not sure if people use these ,choice is there though)
based on real roads around new plymouth , new zealand.
all buildings are temporary .
sum bumps here and there, to try and match road work patchs .
a.i isnt to bad , if you hav a full grid they do take awhile to get through the sweeper onto the pit straight , an u might get a 99% cpu warning depending on what ur racing if there are big crashes. sweet spot is around 23-30 cars of mixed brands

vid is raced with all home modded cars ,open time attack . big power but with no adjusted aero or tyres. they do crash.. ..alot .but can get through 10 lap race with about 2/3 field still on track.

file size is 2.7 gigs. had to compress it quite abit to get it to upload.there may be sum errors and u might need a decent p.c to run it.

This is awesome. I live in New Plymouth, and have thrashed a few cars around these roads in my time, so it's really cool to be able to race it in the sim. I think some of the proportions are a little bit off, but it's pretty good.
Man I wish he would keep working on this, I see he's deleted his account now? I want to talk with this guy and encourage him to finish it, or make the ingle and stratty section this is too dope to drop,
What a great little track!
Could use some TLC in terms of a few graphics, but what a nice surprise.
Thanks for creating this.
Very fun and fast track
muy buena pista, muy bonita y rapida. Buen trabajo. Excelente !
Love your work, used tto visit Kaponga, reminds me of some of the roads around there! Great fun in the little Skodas I found here at RD.Thanks for a really cool circuit
This map is awesome. As a local i know the roads well and it feel very familia driving it (the skid marks outside the tank farm was a nice touch XD). i do have 1 small request however, is it possible to add some road cones where they do the drifting at back beach, or make a drift version of the track with only the small section of road usable and the cones present. It looks like there are 3 cones in the center of the road (2 cones before and 1 after the s-bend) and 1 or 2 on the road side. The cones can be seen in this video clip.

a few people have asked for a drift version. shouldnt be to hard to do. i'll put it on me list.currently learning sum sketchup techniques to make the buildings as they are an its turning into a bit of mission to get it on track so to speak.
this is awesome as I am a local, be cool if you made a 2nd track that went from the same starting point beach road and out to okato (to the roundabout) as a point to point rather than back to town, thats a fun drive, but this is still great. top work man

i waz hoping to do a full round the mountain track but its just a bit beyond the software at the mo. always wanted to do stratford to okato .very fast with single lane bridges to keep you awake. work seems to be dictating how much time i can put into it these days
I really like this track, it's a lot of fun to drive with great variety and good length. Keep on improving it and it could turn into something special. I'd maybe darken the tarmac a little.
Good work, especially in RTB.

i keep the track lighter for vr. the only real reason for it.
Thanks a lot. This is a big improvement. I love the real-road/street type track. A lot of it looks great. Really long too - I love it. It's a WIP so there's obviously things to do yet. I'd say the track/tarmac texture needs attention. But wow! I'm really looking forward to future updates. Keep up this great work! It'll be a great addition to AC :)
