mod fully works i could buy it(altough i did not need to do any jobs you will need to i just added inf money in msc editor) for 75k markka its actually worth it and here is an idea for people who download this:
use your parents house as an weekend house or as a storage

The mod was perfect, but now it doesn't work, the game is limited 20 fps and if you go to the place of the house (with the mod unabled) is not there, if the owner of the mod read these, please, fix the house because is beautiful

love the mod but is not working. dont see the house, game is 20 fps when i enable the mod. bottom comment is a pile of bs btw, so i dont know what to give this mod. if it was updated and working i would give it a 5 star

It does work and when you first get the house you need to undisabal the house. if you can't buy the house you need to go to the mscloader and then find the house and then click the gear then click clean save.

mod states its broken and its turned off i see its been a couple years and id love to make the mod useable to fully replace the house, could use a tv, working phone, working fridge, working water in bathroom and kitchen ect.

The house looks great on the outside and inside, but I cannot buy it.
I'm Using the Mod Loader Pro from Nexus Mods and I still can't.
Please update the house, add more detail and furniture, make it more realistic.

But focus on fixing the problem that most of the people that are using this mod can't buy the house.
