This sound mod even though it old, can still compete with the news ones. Moreover I think this still has potential to be even better if the creator of this mod updates it in today's standards because I think this is one the best out there (given if its updated)

thanks for the feedback, sadly, the files that I had on the project no longer exists, however I will start doing more project like this soon again, I have seen AC come al long way since Content Manager has improved the quality in the graphics departent (Grant Turismo 7 standards almost)

Honestly I love it, this is the best Stock 458 sound to date, even though its been made years and years ago, and even though SCIBSOUND made a Ferrari 458 sound (possibly one of the best modern day sound modders) this one is still better for the completely stock sound (especially interior, brilliant!)
Since there's some stuff from the stock AC Abarth sound and the interior sound is a bit quiet, you can make an extension folder in the 458 car and an ext_config.ini folder, in which you should write this (basically changes audio settings of the car without modding the sound files):

I have no idea how to install it properly. I wish it came with some instructions, as now ALL of my cars are absolutely silent on every track.

Great sound, but like mentioned cockpit engine sound too silent. Will definitely use this if you fix that.

Love the sound and it's definitely an improvement over the stock sounds. Just a couple of things I noticed, the internal sounds seem a little too quite and the external sounds have a little too much reverb when the car is approaching. Great work so far!

The reverb is created by the track so you can disable it if you want, not coming from the soundmod but now it's too late since you rated it 4/5. However I'll increase volume in cockpit view! Thanks

great alternative, now you can make one for the 458 GT3 just add and a bit of body rattle, a little whine from straight cut gears ??
