New car, track categories and flags for Content Manager 0.51

Sorry, for updating so fast, but I added now decades stuff for tracks too.
I have combined @Paintboxer's idea of the category list separated into decades, with my old mod. He posted the idea on GTPlanet forum.
So, credits for the decades stuff goes totally to @Paintboxer.

The decades can be used with the tagging of the cars with "2000s", "2010s" and so on, as @Paintboxer did, or simply the year of the cars is used.
This way it is more convenient for all of you.
Some small other things updated too, but nothing spectacular.
Extract into
c:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\
overwrite old files. But don´t forget to backup that folder first, if you done some own changes in there!!!

Some new categories for Car and Tracks and some new flags ...
I was asked for some new stuff and some other things I just made it for myself, but maybe you find it useful, too.
Some new flags are just fun stuff for fictive countries. Let me surprise you!
Don´t forget, most things have to be first named and/or tagged correctly, before this categories and their definitions work.
All stuff now moved to the folder Data (User) where it should be. Thanks @Twiggy5471 for this hint.
Unpack into c:\Users\your_username\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\ or where ever you installed the ContentManager!
4 new series:
Fixed amount of original Kunos cars if mods based on them have "Kunos" in author tag too:
