now with activated filmic pass and reduced fine sharpen

It was a little bit to sharp in the last version, Now it looks godd. In this version filmic pass is activated.

use of Gaussian Blur, Fine Sharpen

Hi,
this is my new Mod Art Style setting for F1 2014. Look at the screenshots. The game looks amazing. Now it is really 4k quality with the new features and colour optimizations. Forget the jagged edges mess of F1 2016. This is crystal clear and has nearly no edges. To bad that the new fine sharpen feature costs 15 percent on frames. I have a hot key for that. With ALT and F you can disable this feature. With ALT and G you can disable Gaussian Blur. With the new version I use ReShade 3.04.

What is changed:
- use of Gaussian Blur
- use of Fine Sharpen
- changing colour palette
