I have an option folder where my car ext_config and skin ext_config settings are in. These change the headlight colors.
You can then change colors yourself in the skin ext_config under [LIGHT_HEADLIGHT_0].
If you use this, save your car and skin ext_config.ini beforehand if you don't like my settings. I'm not a professional there and have adapted this for myself
