Today is 2014 season.
- In 2013 Lewis Hamilton won his 2nd championship driving for Mercedes with 322 points and constructors champion was Mercedes with 612 points.
- In 2014 there were many changes.

- Team Changes for 2014
- Torro Rosso changed their engine supplier to Renault to be closer to their sister team Red Bull
- Also Marussia start using Ferrari engines after Cosworth left the sport
- Driver changes for 2014
- After Mark Webber retired from F1 Red Bull signed young Daniel Ricciardo from Toro Rosso after beating Vergne in head-to-head test
- Force India signed their old driver Adrian Sutil once again to complete their lineup.
- Peugeot was left seat left after Kovalainen went to DTM in 2014 so they decided to look elsewhere because of lack of junior program. In January of 2014 they signed with 2013 Indycar champion, New Zealander Scott Dixon.
- Sauber was once again opened completely. In October it was announced that first driver would be experienced Scottish driver Paul di Resta. Other seat was filled in November. Chance in F1 got 2013 GP2 champion, Swiss Fabio Leimer
- Scuderia Toro Rosso after few year again had all new lineup with 2013 GP3 Champion Daniil Kvyat and 2012 and 2013 Red Bull's and Toro Rosso's reserve driver Antonio Felix da Costa
- Caterham Renault was key to sign Leimer but when he decided to go to Sauber they had to look elsewhere. In December they had 5 driver run a Silverstone test for a second seat. By his speed and knowledge and also money, seat went to P3 in 2013 GP2 championship Marcus Ericsson.
- Mid season changes
- In round 3 in Bahrain, Adrian Sutil caused huge crash in turn 4 with Ricciardo and Kobayashi and got 4 extra penalty points on his super licence which meant that he was banned from racing in China. In his seat came Mclaren's junior Kevin Magnussen after a special deal with Mclaren because Force India's reserve driver Johnny Cecotto Jr. was unavailable for that weekend.
