the skin looks very well, but in game(on track not on the menu), the racenet skin dont change, can you help me? meybe the problem is the 1.13 version of the game

Really nice livery but I have a problem maybe you could help me with.
I've managed to import the livery but by default it replaces the RaceNet livery. And I don't know why but even though I've logged in and linked my Racenet account, the game won't let me use the racenet livery : I still see it as locked.

So do you have tip to make it unlocked ? Otherwise can you help me with a tutorial to import on a already unlocked livery (70s livery for example) ?
