More Accurate Driver Market (Includes O'Ward & Shwartzman) 2.0

This mod intends to give players a more accurate start to the 2023 season by modifying driver stats and changing the status of some drivers to match their real life availability. The main additions to this mod are:

• Pato O'Ward, who takes Álex Palou's spot as McLaren's reserve driver after Palou fell out with the team. Palou is now a free agent in-game.
• Robert Shwartzman, who is added as a free agent in-game to represent his IRL status as Ferrari's reserve driver alongside Antonio Giovinazzi.
• Stoffel Vandoorne, who has been un-retired and added as a free agent in-game to represent his IRL status as Aston Martin's reserve driver alongside Felipe Drugovich.

Unlike my previous two mods, the changes in this mod should allow for a better experience over long-term play, as I've prioritized changing driver growth ratings and stats based on the early parts of the 2023 season (and their experience outside of F1) rather than boosting drivers right to their current near end-of-season performance levels.

To use this mod, place the downloaded .pak file into your game's "Paks" folder. The file path should look like this: "...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\F1 Manager 2023\F1Manager23\Content\Paks".

IMPORTANT: this mod ONLY works with new saves. It's also not compatible with other mods that change the game's database or the photos of Enzo Trulli and Nazim Azman. If you want an example of a compatible mod, Rolfeee's Remastered Driver Portraits works because it only changes the photos of F1 drivers and not F3 drivers.
