yes, It is the February version of the track and at this time there are only a few sonsors on the track. The most sponsorboards are empty ;)

the "wintertest" is the February Testsession of 4 Days in Jerez for all Teams before the Season starts. It's in the winter, so it's the "wintertest" or "winter-testsession"
