Added Meeke version

Added Meeke red version and a lot of improvements.

New black around lights.

Several tweaks and added mipmaps for lower resolutions (best performance).

Added Red Version (Rally Sardegna)

Fixes: New castrol edge logos (better resolution), fixed ultimate green area (right size and form) and added little arrow on the front.

New numbers.

New numbers and fixed dirt rally logos.
Added prodrive logo at the back and some other minor fixes.
Fixed specular in white areas. Also better black in dirt rally logos.
