Try this :
open your file on F1 2014 > cars > me2 > "delete" livery_00, livery_01, Livery_main, me2.nd2, me2.ppts, me2_anims_dummies.ppsg, me2.AO.ppsg, me2.highLOD.ppsg, me2.Livery.ppsg, me2.lowLOD.ppsg, and copy my file mod on your game folder.
