Here's a small update for Melbourne_2018 by patrikpat.
The track was released a year ago, and I've updated a few billboards to give it the 2019 feel.
As always ...
Extract the file into your Melbourne_2018 folder (replace skins folder if requested).
OR
Open skins folder , Make new folder called Default , Extract individual dds files into your new Default folder.
