- Minor tweaks to colours/region files

- Fixed incorrect logo on front number panels of WEC car
- The download now includes all the skin files "loose" in the installed folder, as well as the packaged .MAS file. I hope this will resolve a reported issue of the skins not being displayed correctly in-game.

Since Rebellion aren't sticking around for Hypercar their livery certainly aren't top of my list, but I'm not ruling it out.
Of course, since Rebellion have always run with brilliant liveries, which one do you choose?!
