Version 1.4

This version removes some leftover effects which results in a faster and more direct steering response.
I recommend tuning the variables contained within the script to your liking as well as setting the steering linearity to 1.25 in the game's control settings.

The load-influenced steering speed feature has been removed as more thorough testing revealed that it did not work well for non-road cars.
