Updates in wetnesslevels

In recent CSP-versions the wetness/spray levels were changed causing the weatherplan not being accurate any more. That's fixed now.

v4 must be used with Pure v0.203+ and new Pure Planner.

v4 must be used with Pure v0.203+ and Pure Planner. Download and unpack the json-file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\extension\config-ext\PurePlanner\Plans\Stamp and import in Pure Planner app or assign in session Weather-pulldown.

Finetuning of weatherslots

I did some time and weatherslots-finetuning after watching the full replay. Now rain and fog are at correct times.

LeMans 24h 2021 weatherplan for Sol 2.2.1+

Sol 2.2.1 brings an updated Sol Planner app that supports setting track wetness per weatherslot. Use this new v2 weatherplan with Sol 2.2.1.
