Changelog 1.2:
-Fixed issue on 9k-ish RPMs for external sounds, back of the car
-Improved shifting sounds, both from outside and inside the car
-Adjusted off-throttle low RPMs samples' volume, to further increase dynamic range depending on throttle pedal

-Added dynamic external sounds, additional samples for exterior sounds have been added (back and front of the car)
-Adjusted on and off throttle volume curves
-Fixed some issues with the internal sounds transitions, especially in the 8-9k RPM range
