A config that hides the clutter around Black Cat County to make it look more desolate. The enormous advertising billboards in particular really spoil the view of a great track imo. I kept the concrete barriers here because they dont look so out of place as at Highlands.
Install: Custom Shaders Patch is required (obviously) just install CSP from within Content Manager. To use this config, rename the file to ext_config.ini and place in . . .

or paste the lines into the end of an existing config. I recommend backing up any existing config file first just in case.
