Copy the tire textures you want in Tyre Textures folder to the skin folder
If you've got Shaders Patch - Dynamic Lights 0.1.23 or later, you can:
*NOTE 0.1.22 NOT SUPPORTED ANY MORE
1、Open Shaders Patch - Dynamic Light folder
2*、extract "ks_ferrari_f138.ini" to *:\Users\*your name*\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension\cars
3、Drop "ks_ferrari_f138.zip" to assettocorsa\extension\textures\cars
*The latest preview versions of Shaders Patch - Dynamic Light 0.1.23 it may have already included ks_ferrari_f138.ini in assettocorsa\extension\config\cars\kunos, you should be able to skip step 2
**If you want to use custom tires of Shaders Patch - Dynamic Lights for Ferrari's Opponents 2013 MOD (either Offline or League edition), you can create .ini files in *:\Users\*your name*\Documents\Assetto Corsa\cfg\extension\cars with the content "[INCLUDE]
INCLUDE=ks_ferrari_f138.ini" and name it to the folder name of the car such as "fo_2013_lotus_le.ini"
