Blurred rims

Now, when in movement, the rims retain the yellow band, as suggested by blackcelica.

New decals and details

- Added name and flag for both cars under the headrest.
- Changed the color of the seatbelt from red to blue and applied the correct sponsor.
- Added decals on the steering wheel.
- Added yellow band with "O.Z. Racing" on the rims.
- Updated preview image.

Still not able to apply the "OZ" and "EJR" logo on the rims without having them repeated for each of the 5 spokes.
If I can find a solution then it will be added in a later update.

New Logos and car N.33

Added second livery with number 33 ( Andrea De Cesaris ).
Added new Logos on the side ("tic-tac" and "denim").
Added helmets, driver and crew suits from the vrc Jordan 191.
reworked numbers on the nose and endplate.
Updated livery icon and preview.
