Excellent effort! The original sounds were decent but there was something messed up with internals/externals onboard. This mod sounds great and can confirm there is nothing wrong with shifting sounds when H shifting. The preview video is probably with AI driving so that's why it might sound strange onboard.

It seems like it sounds more muffled than in the video (if I saw the correct one lol) but I guess you managed to make the samples sound clean, and this is a great achievement.

It is close to perfection with a H shifter. It makes the car really enjoyable eventhough it feels quite understeery (but it's not the point here).

Definity a car + soundmod combo I recommend ! :)

The samples sound very excellent, but you need to improve the both upshift and downshift. It doesn't sound natural(check RSS GT car sounds when shifting). Otherwise I would say this is a pretty good start. Great job man. I really encourage you to do that.

Thanks for the feedback. The onboard sound source for this mod is a video called "Jaguar XJR-8 lap Spa", the upshifts are included in my mod and will trigger whenever you smash the throttle after a gear change. I made it with h-shifter users in mind, but since I don't have a wheel I don't know if it sounds the way I intended or not.
