The update v1.13 has been released to change elements of the UI for other languages according to users. This has resulted in a number of new bugs however so I suspect v1.14 will make further changes so until then, do not expect the custom dial to be fixed. Otherwise, my UI mod will soft lock your game when loading. Sorry
