Known issues:
- Turning the mouse wheel after using this function to return to the initial angle.
- Engine-block can not be rotated.
- Download and Install ModLoader (Ver.0.3.3 or higher is required)
- Just put ItemRotator.dll to ModLoader's Mods folder.

インストール:- まともに動かない重大なバグがありました (お酒を飲みながらコーディングはよくないですね)
- 既知の不具合はすべて解消した
- 回転の感度を上げた
既知の不具合:
- 回転したあとマウスホイールだけを回すとアイテムの角度が初期化されます。
- エンジンブロックは回転できません。
- まずModLoader を導入しましょう(Ver.0.3.3以上必須)。
- ItemRotator.dll を ModLoader のModsフォルダに入れてください。
