Istanbul Park Update + Fix Lighting 1.0

I hope you guys ok. Today, i'm posting a "little" update on the Istanbul Park, adding some track sponsors, added the Rolex Clock on the pit-exit but, the more important, fixing the weird dark-lighting of the track.

Requirements for mod:

If you dont have any new seasons mod:
- First, you must install this mod atleast: https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/add-istanbul-and-valencia.3832/

Or just install any season mod from mod section for F1 2014, most of these already included support for Istanbul. (Like Thang's 2024 mod)

(if you dont do this, you will can't see Istanbul Track on your menu)
