INEOS Mercedes AMG F1 Petronas
With past rumours of INEOS buying out Mercedes being dismissed, what about a realistic possibility of a title sponsorship with the world champions? This question was my inspiration for this livery whilst trying to keep the design realistic and grounded with Mercedes' design language.
Keeping with the black base from Mercedes’ 2020 challenger and the Petronas streak, the base livery was a perfect starting point for adding the deep, muted red of INEOS’ branding. The 'Petronas Streak' has been mutated to a silver streak to allow the Mercedes branding to blossom through the dark design and to also contrast against the red.
There are Mercedes liveries for both Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas. Also, as this is one of my 'What If?' designs for 2022 I have also included a #63 livery for Mercedes junior George Russell. So, depending on what driver you would like for your Mercedes team, there are three drivers to choose from.
