changes are made in file called GRAPHICMANAGER.BML

Two modules: "RiderLod" and "BikeLod"
Changed every "lod-x-Slot" to 100
Changed every "BoundingSphereRadiusScaleFactor" and "BoundingSphereRadiusScaleFactorPhotoMode" to 99
