Improved ERS 2.0

This mod makes the ERS model similar to that of F1 24, making the recovery of the battery quick and the deployment quick. Tested and proven to work well in career mode races, grand prix mode not so much.

INSTALLATION:

1. Make sure to install MODULAR MODS Base Files
2. Drag the performance_f1_teams.erp to F1 22/MODULAR_MODS/ACTIVE
