Description
This mod is an adaptation of @StrongestFish Unchained AI from f1 2018 for f1 22.

AI in the default game have become more and more robotic, in this mod the ai become more humanlike. The ai will fight much harder, make more human like spins, lockups and crashes. They will now use all parts of the track including curbs and grass, in some cases the ai will push opponents right onto the grass when going side-by-side into a corner. Ai aren't able to be scared out of a corner as easily as the default ai, they wont back out of overtakes for no reason and will push you to your limit.

The mod also comes with an optional damage mod, since with the default damage model the ai would end up pitting for new wings a lot, so the optional damage mod makes the front wing damage, suspension damage and slipstream/dirty air more realistic. Damage resistance to the front wing and suspension has been slightly increased. The slipstream drag and dirty air have been slightly reduced. Highly recommended to use the damage mod.

There are included versions of the mod including @ParkYongLee 's More and No DRS mods

Installation
Make sure you have the base modular mods installed BEFORE installing this mod

To Install the mod, Copy and paste the _MODULAR_MODS into the F1 22 directory

Its good but the AI literally locks up at least 2 times a lap
No idea about F1, but F2 has come to life finally. Going four wide in Silverstone, seeing spins in Bahrain. That is the way.
raced on singapore and yes it was interesting...sadly there werent any crashes or dnfs
Stopped halfway through a race to say this is absolutely amazing, the battle have been incredible, im on the edge of my seat at how close this is.

Is there a way to tell if mod is working did Bahrain and no crashes or damage to any cars
This is incredible! only one question, the DRS's versions comes with the original mod version and not the bold one right? Would be cool to have both options.

Currently the creator of the bold version has no time to make a more DRS version of that so for now its only the original
Must for me. AI look for inside and outside manoeuvres asap and used the whole entire track width to defend and attack each other in Austria. Was nuts. Love it! A must for game for me.
FIVESTARS
F1 singleplayer was starting to get pretty boring and I'm tired of dealing with salty crashers in multiplayer, this mod completely renewed the singeplayer experience. Great fun to race with the AI now that they make mistakes, fight each other and defend better. Thanks mate!

thanks! Unfortunately making it copy paste would take me a lot of time and the file size would be huge, currently I don't plan to do that but it could be something I do in the future

Great mod but with the new modular mods do you put the erps in the track ai folder or do you put them where you would normally put them.

Thanks! It's quite simple really, what I did was change the ai override to put overtaking and defending to "Pressure" mode and then changed the track width on either side so the ai will push others off track
Delightful.
I've spent like 200 hours on MyTeam this year alone and this mod is honestly a must have for me now.
Not only does it make the AI way more bearable but it also kinda makes your own car feel better. (Idk if that's just placebo tbh lmao)
Lovely stuff, if I wasn't a broke ass mf I'd even donate you money the mod is that good.

Amazing effort mate, much appreciated. I have been practicing and have done a couple races at Bahrain. It's normally a pretty drama free track but in two races there were no crashes on spins but definitely side to side tussles and the AI definitely not scared to go at it. On the other race two drivers span on the kerbs. Is it pretty normal for Bahrain to be pretty eventless? I can't tell if the Mod is working or not but I'm pretty sure it is haha!

lmao, yeah I found when testing that bahrain is usually pretty lackluster, I could probably change that at some point when I have the time

This is amazing. I've been enjoying having actual battles with the AI for days now. There's just one thing that I feel like I can't get the better damage mod to work; crashes feel the same and the AI still pits for new wings even if they slightly damage an endplate. I might be doing something wrong, so could anyone please let me know how that optional mod is installed?

Thanks! When installing the damage mod make sure you're putting the "performance_f1_teams" and the my team performance erp files in "F1 22/_MODULAR_MODS/_ACTIVE" You dont need to touch the xml files folder, thats there for people who use other performance mods and want to merge them.
