Steamapps/common/DIRT 4/cars
Open the i25.nefs file with the NefsEdit tool
Select: cars/models/i25/Livery_00/textures_high
Replace all 5 pssg files:
i25_tex_gr_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_sn_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_tm_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_wt_high_00.pssg
Save the i25.nefs file when you done!!

I have a problem when selecting the file for edit, its showing me an error message ''Unhandled exception has occurred in your application.''. I click the Continue button but its stays in progress for ever. Please help

when i have the skin installed my game wont save and when i dont have the skin install it saves any way to fix the problem?

Thanks!! I know, this is a common issue for custom liveries causing the game not saving after each session

I had to rename the files, thanks for noticing.
It's supposed to be (i25_tex_gr)
Replace all 5 pssg files with NefsEdit :
i25_tex_gr_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_sn_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_tm_high_00.pssg
i25_tex_wt_high_00.pssg

The skin works but the game don't save anymore after that. Any solutions ? Note that the game has been updated after the release of the skin.
