a few updates (Minor and major)

Possibly the final update for this mod, What's changed:
A redesign for the fin/Engine cover section.
Added a few more sponsors around the car.
Updated HY decals.
Updated teamboard.
Finally added lollipop design.
Driver suits and helmets.

Added Pitcrew and team board

Made suits for pitcrew and new crew board with sponsors. Haven't decided on a design for the lollipop yet so Ive just done a basic one. However a proper design may come in a small update soon.

Just drag drop and replace all files.
