Before installing this skin pack, make sure you have installed the Codemasters HD texture pack, which was free in the past. As it turns out, Grid Autosport is only able to process my 4K textures when the HD texture pack is installed. I will soon upload a complete package with all 4 vehicle packages in low resolution, so that people who may have just bought Grid Autosport via key and no longer have any DLC available can also enjoy my skins.
This Mod replaces the Honda Civic Touring Cat C Class skins with actual BTCC 2016 Skins. Be sure to make a backup of your cars folder.
There are 2 Versions in the package, with and without window numbers/names.
You can chose between Gordon Shedden or Matt Neal in the Halfords Yuasa Team.
For installation just copy one of the cars folder from the complete pack directory to your Grid Autosport directory.
Shedden is the default car in the Halfords Yuasa Team. If you want to drive the Matt Neal car, install the full Honda package at first! Then copy the cars folder from the Matt Neal directory to your Grid Autosport directory. As in the full package, you can choose between window numbers/names or without.
Attention: In 2016 there are 3 Honda Teams in the BTCC! So i use the "standard" team skin for the Speedworks/Simpson Team. Be sure to make a backup!!!
Yes, the actual Honda Civic Type R uses a little different bodykit as in Grid Autosport. Grid Autosport uses the 2013 Honda Civic. I cannot change that, but i hope you like the skins regardless.
This Pack include the following playable skins:
Gordon Shedden - Halfords Yuasa - complete pack
Matt Neal - Halfords Yuasa - optional
Matt Simpson - Simpson Racing - complete pack
Daniel Lloyd - Eurotech Racing - complete pack
Skins in fully 4K resolution with full level of detail and full mipmap level to avoid compression artifacts or flickering in the distance. And with overhauled details like quick clusures, the windows, the roof affords and so on. Codemasters made the honda and the ford in Cat C a little...... hmmmm...... fast and cheap, so i remade some things.
Most of the stickers are handmade because there aren't 4K versions in the web.
Sorry if the colors don't match 100%, i'am color blind. Please have consideration.
Feel free to leave a comment or/and a rating.
Thank's to UD for the Dunlop Tires
