There are 2 installation methods available so you can do it via Ego ERP Archiver, there are also further installation instructions in the README text when you download

Helmet is fixed for Lando Norris but still I can't figure out for racecrew,I just did it like you mention, copy paste'd into the asset_groups =(

Did you make sure to input the pitstops file as well, as if you don't include that one the racecrew won't work
