The Greentrees Industrial Estate (based on a real location) was a street racing hotspot in the 1990s. It's simple, but fast layout was perfect for UK 90s car culture. From small, front wheel drive hatchbacks to high horse power saloons, this street racing circuit has something for every type of car. As well as a circuit, there are also car parks for doing meets and skids.
(Please note, this is my first ever mod so it may not be perfect.. yet)

You can drive around the estate however you like, but the "official" circuit is depicted above. The green line is the first part of the circuit, red is the second stage, and yellow is the final part of the circuit. Some may want to run the circuit in reverse every other lap to get an even amount of left and right corners. However, I strongly recommend finding your own layout as this is what I do IRL. There are a few good combinations that make for exciting laps, feel free to post them in the comments.

My first introduction to this location in real life was when I saw 2 VW Polos bumper to bumper, lapping around the estate in the middle of the night. It's what inspired me to make this mod. The idea behind it was to make a small street circuit for lower powered, small cars. The narrow streets make those type of cars feel very fast and if you have a friend, you can have so much fun without even trying to overtake - just lapping in close proximity is fun enough.

This is super! It's unique and I love real road tracks. Cool hearing the background behind it, It's not possible to have such a place here in Canada. Once the fuzz find a hot spot it's over!
the kerbs hate me.
Great little 'track'!
