Updated the localisation file

I've redone the mod with the new localisation file of the patch 1.6.0.

This should fix some issues and even game crashes caused by the session goals.

They've fixed the bug with Renault, but the other bugs are still in the game.

added Safety-Car fix

added "Safety-Car in dieser Runde" = "Safety-Car kommt diese Runde rein"

finally fixed the rivalry

i finally managed to fix the game saying "Keine Rivalität" if you're losing the rivalry. Now it's "Rückstand in der Rivalität"

added "Räumen" = "Freie Strecke" (Monitor)

fixed the rivalry fix not working

For some reason the rivalry fix is still not working, so i guess we have to live without it

small corrections in the team expectations messages, translated the hards back to english

Only one of a few expectation mails have been fixed in 1.0, in 1.1 every message has been fixed.

Added the hard tyre to the retranslated tyres.

Also the fix with the rivalry wasn't actually there in 1.0, so i put that in now
