Hey guys,
This is my first attempt at a track. Ive been using Race Track Builder (RTB) for about 3 weeks, and probably a good half of that on this track.
I apologise for the name of it...i just started with it...and it stuck.

This is totally fictional track, created by my wonky mind, that i hope someone else can enjoy and have fun with.

There is still plenty to do, this is very much a work in progress..so expect weekly updates (probs weekends).

It currently has all the things you need to race, though i need to really learn how to do better racing lines & cameras! If anyone knows how to improve them..pls do :)

Visuals need improving
Some roads need help
Cameras are pretty terrible
Racing line is borderline suicide

But after all this negative stuff, i love it lol.
Its very rough and tumble...me and my friend have rolled multiple cars (not including Robin Reliant).
Once you figure out the track..and its nuances, you can really start to push your times down.

Anyhows, i dont know what else to say, give it a try, leave me some feedback if you wish..and (hopefully) enjoy ;)

Please check updates tab for screenshots etc.

This track is high speed, wide, longish and flows nicely. And my god, this is fun to drive. Highly recommend

Thanks mate! Im working on an update, which is taking longer than expected. Hopefully within the few weeks....but there will be big changes. Ive learnt alot since last update, and keep learning from each stumble, which means more to things i can do. Its crazy, but i love it :)
Hey there ... I reviewed your V1 a few weeks ago in my Ron reviewt channel.

https://youtu.be/Jo2x1H2of1g

I revisited your Mod 0.45 Version and have to say ... woooow. You did great steps forward and this track is how Assetto Corsa is meant to be played.

These red white stripes looking good and your updated tunnels are fine. Also vegetation is looking good. I like these new flags and buildings.

One thing I have to mention that I would like a little bit better textures at theses big mountains and that KI survives not that long.

But man ... youre doing a great job and I hope you stay tuned with your personal Nordschleife aka Frankenstein.

I will also mention that your track has a fix place in my future reviews showing gameplay ... I appreciate your work.

Have a great day,

Greetings from western europe and sorry, english isnt my mother tongue @-))

Hahaha! Thank you so much Ron! Your English is better than mine bud.
Ive been looking for a better texture for the mountains for a while...the ones i get just dont seem to "fit" right, or they look actually worse.
There's probs not gonna be a update this week, depends if i get my arse in gear tomorrow. Long story short, i screwed up messing with a sea texture+shader, and now literally need to go back to last weeks updated map (losing all things id done before the fail).
Thanks for playing mate, and keeping tabs on the track :)
Feel bad for leaving the lowest rating so far! 3 stars because it is a lot of fun to drive. But there is so much room for improvement, especially regarding the visuals. Obviously this is never going to resemble a real race track and it brings back nostalgia in me such as games like Fatal Racing from the 90's. You can see the experiments you have been doing with putting this and that here and there as you are progressing, the quality is increasing each time. I applaud your efforts, I'm still trying to get my head around blender and a long way off from my first track! Keep it up, I look forward to the updates :-)

No worries mate ;)
This is very much still a work in progress, it may take me a year to get to 1.0...im surely going to need to stop doing jumps of 0.1 updates lol.
That being said tho, im no artist, just a guy who loves getting creative. This is why i did a fantasy track, i have no interest at all in copying a real world track. That doesnt scratch the itch.
I kind of have a habit of diving in at the deep-end, not knowing whats in the water. I could of gone for a figure of eight track for my first track, but nah i went with frankenstein lol.

Nice to hear your also starting a track. I dont have the patience for blender personally. RTB is for those who dont have the time/skills for that way...obviously combining the two would be great.
Anyways, thanks again for the review, really appreciate the feedback, and best of luck with your track mate!
proper fun track. add some screenshots so we can see the layout and stuff lol. Really Looking forward to updates!!

Thanks mate!
Yeah i really should add some screenshots, will do some tomorrow ;)
Now about to update.
It's a proper fantasy track.
Smooth and rough road, tunnel, jump, city, rural, coast, mountain... all in one pack.
It's not realistic but fun to drive.
Some bumps and undulations are too much for racing cars.
Road width is too much for me.
Anyway, it's a promising project and I'm waiting for future updates.

Thank you for the review mate! Everything you said pretty much sums up the track.
There will be an update today, or tomorrow. Nothing big, but some things that have taken me a while to learn/figure out.
Cheers :)
This track has a lot of potential, while the visuals are a bit ugly (and I'm hoping for them to improve on future releases) the flow of this track and the elevation changes are absolutely fantastic.

Keeping an eye on the progress of this one for sure!

Thank you for the kind words about the flow of the track! Its the priority for me. The visuals are far from where id like them atm, but they will improve over time.
Version 0.3 should be released later today, and i hope you can check that out, as ive added a new part of track...and i hope it doesnt disrupt the flow. There are some little tweaks, here and there on the aesthetic side, but i'll put more on that later.
Cheers :)
Not the best looking right now, but it got big potential!

Thank you mate! Yeah im currently working on the aesthetics side of things, mainly doing certain areas at a time. Some areas are pretty much place holders. Some parts should look better come this weekends update..but im no artist ;) Thanks again!
Hey there ... thanks for this great mod!

I reviewed it in my YouTube Channel and appreciate your work ... here you go:

WOW! Thank you so much Ron! Very much appreciate you to take the time to do that mate. Its still very rough in areas, which im working on. Ive made a new AI line, which seems pretty good for most cars, except F1..at least to survive a few laps lol.
Love your driving setup!

P.S. I dont understand much German, but i used google translate on your youtube title, and i guess its a somewhat favourable review ;)
That is a lot of fun. Kind of puts you in a fantasy world. Nice work. Keep improving it. Thanks.

Thanks for the kind words, and the encouragement mate! Appreciated. Lots still to do!
i like it alot.. bit bumpy out of some of the tunnels.
views are great around the track also.

Thank you very much! Yeah mate, some roads are a problem for me (e.g pit-lane exit), that are notoriously hard to smooth..its like i fix an area, but it only pushes the problem to another area down the track lol. I'll keep trying to fix it..baby steps :)
