Formula Vee Tweaks 0.5

Here are a few tweaks for the Formula Vee:

1. Replaces the "Water Temperature" gauge in the air-cooled Formula Vee with an Oil Temperature gauge.

2. Adds a pit speed limiter. Assign a button or key in Options to turn it on/off.

3. Adds an interesting option that you can install with a single click in the showroom. If you choose to install the new option, you might want to take it easy for a few laps, until you get used to it.

Installation: Drop the "Automobilista" folder onto your Automobilista installation and overwrite existing files. If you want to preserve the default files, make backups of these files before installing.
