Introducing...
The Jordan Honda EJ20 for the Formula RSS 2010 V8.
This skin took quite some time to make as I relied more on vectors for the Benson & Hedges logo, and the nose art.
Many hours went into getting those two to a respectable level and appearance. They were made with care and I hope that comes through.
The graphics on the sidepod were also fun to make as I wanted them to depict a shark fin at the top, while also giving this impression of flowing smoke because of the sponsor in them.
I also made a first attempt at making skins for the helmets and the racing suits both drivers use. I took some liberties regarding Alesi's and Trulli's helmet designs, but I figured this was an opportunity to see where I could take their concepts.
Also gave a nod to RSS by including their logo instead of an investment firm on the helmets. Happy 7th anniversary to them!
Last but not least, credits:
Bridgestone tires by @PF126p.
Jordan EJ11 by @SATLAB — Satlab's model was a massive aid for reference. This was the cherry on top of all the Jordan photographs and F1 archive footage I used to bring this livery to life.
As I'd never made a suit skin, the templates made by @Michael Doherty were a very good way to familiarize myself with them.
Have fun with the livery! I know I'll run it alongside all the other skins that have been made for this car.
See ya.
