This is quite unusual contrast matt black / gloss white Playboy livery used by Estonian driver Egon Kaur in ADAC Rallye Deutschland. The original car was 6th gen Fiesta of course but I think it fits 7th gen well.
Unfortunately, the ingame 3D model uses some textures for both left and right side, I've managed to hide it mostly but small badges on the front quarter windows are 'm-sport' on the left and 'trops-m' on the right, just accept it
