Added a stock pickup bed with new non-dual wheels/tires.
Small change on physics making roll slightly less due to new information (but not by much)
- fixed mirrors on stairs version (nobody told me they were black?)
- fixed weight of flatbed in UI
- implemented new solid axle code that improves handling in a sense (less oversteery, rear axle actually rolls)
stage_flatbed.jpg

@soverlands built this flatbed version so there are now 3 stages available.
Additionally some extra stuff has UV unwrap to allow for the skins he made to work.
- fix driver camera positions
- hide driver head properly
- fix dash camera on base model
- fix driver animation slightly (shifter timing)
- take off HANS
- separate material for inside glass to fix small visual bug
- add dust to windshield

Essentially an entirely optional update if you know how to do the camera changes yourself or didn't notice them (like me).
Download this version if you're lazy and just want something that works (uses 2015 Ford Mustang audio files).
Download the previous version if you don't mind copying audio files yourself to save 50MB off the download size. (or if you think some other car sounds more like a 1977 ford big block anyway)
