Updated chassis/interior colour

Updated chassis/interior colour along with minor texture updates. Also, after the last patch it seems Codemasters accidently left in some files they weren't supposed to. Looks like we're getting the Peugeot 206 S1600 and the Ford Escort WRC 1998 as new cars :)

Updated window texture method

No longer requires external mod for the window textures to work (huge thanks to Ehera). .Rar file now only contains a single .pak file
