This mod includes the changes I made to F40 LM Lover's Ferrari F40 Competizione '89 BOP to represent the race LM version and make it's performance more realistic compared to the Kunos McLaren F1 GTR
These changes include:
- Reduced downforce by 33% and increased drag by ~20% to make it more similar to the McLaren
- New torque curve (based on data from automobile-catalog.com), increasing the power output to 720 hp (I can't believe it was allowed to run this much power lol)
- Increased weight by 25 kg to match it with real specs
- Put on the Kunos "90s Slicks" tyres (softs, mediums and hards)
- Removed the engine start feature (it is pretty cool, don't get me wrong, I just think it's not necessary for the race version)
- Nerfed AI (i felt that it was too fast)
- Minor changes to the engine, brakes and drivetrain .ini files
- Fancy description (with source link)
- Other UI changes
Here are some lap times I got with this car, compared to the McLaren F1 GTR (might not be too accurate because both cars are not the easiest to drive):

In AI qualifying sessions, the McLaren was usually faster, which should be somewhat accurate to real life*, as the '96 spec F1 GTR was faster than the LM-spec F40, but it shouldn't be too hard to BOP them, since they are quite close in their performance.
*What i mean by that is the relative preformance of both cars in AC. I am not comparing their AC pace to real life pace, as the Kunos GT1 cars in general are quite a bit slower than their real-life counterparts, so this F40 LM has to be slower than it is IRL as well.
This is my first mod here, and I am still working on some changes, like making adjustable aero & suspension and making further small changes, but i'm happy with how it turned out already, hope you enjoy!
