how do i put in assetto corsa? CM says nothing is found. tried to put it in the root folder but it did nothing... help please!

Well done. While engine and other sounds are spot on, I cannot say the same for whining noise of kers being recharged under braking and while being deployed at >200km/h.
It`s simply not right sample.
Tried version 1.2 ; 1.4 and latest 1.6, and all of them have that wrong whining (transmission) sample.
It should be more pitchy, constant trough gear changes and has fade-in when it starts playing at about 200km/h mark, and also fade out when it stops playing. Sounds a bit crude at the moment.
Tried to drown it with lower volume for transmission settings, but kinda sounds the same.
If you could just fix that, or implement whining sample from original lm_hypercar_499p (which i think is spot on), your sound mod would be flawless.

Very good, but battery whining when off-throttle is way too silent and after 300km/h the engine sound switches to a "normal" engine.

what you hear is higher pitch of the sound and it reaches higher frequencies than your ears can hear and it is one single sample

Need to high the rev sound, at 9k rpm it stops playing, but nice work overall

the car does not rev to 9k, you have a model that has different parameters than the one I am basing my car at, however I can increase the rev range in the next update

i love this, one thing however, what version of the 499P are you using? im using the one from ACfriends, and the engine sound cuts out above 10k RPM, and i dont know how to fix it.

I'm using assetto dream or something like that, and it doesnt rev that high in that model, however I could increase it so it works on different versions

Its nearly perfect after last update. Only thing is to try the change the hybrid sound(it sounds to pitchy) and replace it with Audi R18 2014 hybrid sound from AC. If you could do that im paying you :)

IMO the mod is almost perfect now. It seems like after the latest changes the hybrid sound is quetier. Honestly, watching the onboard of the Ferrari, it's really loud. I think a couple of db more loud would be great. And it still seems that during downshifts the pitch/tone of the hybrid sound changes rather than staying fixed.

Thank it really means a lot! About the hybrid system is a debatable topic that could be argued that, since no one playing asseto corsa uses helmets, let alone not using earplugs in the helmet!! I find it hard to widthstand the instense high pitch for extended period of time and for your own safety of you ears it is an active decision I made. So if we imagine having earplugs and helmets while playing the volume would be bearable!

wow, I see there have been many updates since the version I downloaded. I'm not going to comment on the high pitched sounds as in real life it's also quite annoying (I use old headphones to minimize it) Great job!

Nice, but the shifting sound is too loud.... I had to turn it off because it was bothering me.
You should turn the volume of the gearbox down by 60%.
You should hear it softly in the background....

The sound quality is impeccable, the onboard volume is low, the wheels and the wind are a lot more audible than the engine. Increase the volume of the engine and it will be 5 stars!

Thanks! Just for reference, can you pm your audio setting for internal and oppeonents? I have already increased it but maybe not enough, seems like the effect wasn’t that impactful after all!

Awesome results!! The only thing I would change is the sound of the hybrid system while you are downshifting. Listening to an official on board, it seems like the "whistle" remains the same during the downshift, while in this mod it changes it's tone rather than remaining costant. Apart from that, the sound is amazing, great job!

Thanks! That is pretty easy to adjust, I can increase the volume curve when off throttle, so when the autoblip does not affect it

It sounds fantastic however regarding the hybrid sound. Why not make it the brake squeal noise. I am pretty sure that is how Kunos did their hybrid sound and they just threw it as the brake squeal noise. If it works it works. Just mess around with the volume of it.

The regen worlds as you can hear, every time that car decelerates the battery is being charged, however, the deployment is harder to program in as it relies on rpm and travelspeeed parameters, and these need to be activated to make a sound like with a horn, but the horn has no rpm or travels speed parameter, and once you try to manually add in that, it does not show in game…
