Converted and adjusted the Clearwater livery for the ACC Ferrari GT3 non-EVO to the AC Ferrari GT3 EVO. Added some things to make it a more race like livery.

To do:
- Smoothen out the dragon a bit.
- Drive really fast with it.

sorry raven for the late reply.you must deactivated the skin_map to view a "shiny" version of the car.

thank you man! this skin is aweosome! in other hand, i discovery that if you isert this lines in the ext_config.ini you got a nice chrome effect:

Hey man, thanks for the like. Unfortunately this code isn't working for me. Pasted it on the bottom of the ext_config file. Anything i'm doing wrong?
